STANDARD SHIPPING – No Signature Required
Standard Shipping is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address. The Red Panda Company takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend choosing an address to which someone will be present.
We deliver to all locations in Australia.
We do not charge handling or any other fees during checkout.
Exceptions: Some orders, due to their size and weight may attract a shipping fee and we reserve the right in these cases to contact you to discuss the payment of additional shipping charges.
Shipping Times
We use Australia Post for all our orders. No signature is required on delivery. Once your consignment has been shipped we will send you tracking details so you can follow the progress of your delivery. Deliveries to PO Boxes are generally slower.
Standard Shipping times: As a general guide deliveries to all major cities will take 2 – 3 business days when ordered before 2pm AEST. Deliveries to Perth, Tasmania and Darwin will take 3 – 5 business days when ordered before 2pm AEST. More remote areas will take slightly longer.
However, this service can take 2-10 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy
We will replace or refund yoyoburst if it is faulty. Please return it to our address with valid proof of purchase.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you wish to return yoyoburst because you have changed your mind, The Red Panda Company will offer you an exchange or refund provided the return criteria are met (see below for return criteria).
Please note: the cost of freight to return the item to the online store and to resend the replacement item is at the customer’s expense.
We do not exchange or refund if the knot of the string is not tied. Please find the tutorials/videos on our website and face book as to how to tie the knot.
INCORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERED
The Red Panda Company will exchange any incorrect item delivered as long as the return criteria is met (see below for return criteria).
Please note: the cost of freight to return the item to the online store and to resend the replacement item is at The Red Panda Company’s expense.
RETURN CRITERIA
- Return of the item must be within 14 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase an invoice should be provided.
- The item should be in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- The item is in saleable condition i.e. unopened, unused and in original condition.
- Simply return it to our address with valid proof of purchase.
RETURNS PROCESS
- Ensure the items being returned comply with the return criteria stated above.
- Locate your receipt. You will need information from the receipt to proceed.
- Contact the online store via email and our customer services team will get in touch with you. Return To Store (RTS) authorisation number will be generated. This will ensure fast and efficient processing of your return.

Suitably pack items for transport, ensuring all items and paperwork are included, and the box is clearly addressed. Note that any damage in transit caused by inadequate packing will be at the cost of the customer.
Post items to be returned
If The Red Panda Company is covering the cost of sending the item back to the on-line store, the initial cost is to be covered by the customer. Once the return is processed, The Red Panda Company will refund the cost of sending the item back to the on-line store, via the original method of payment, plus will provide free delivery of the replacement item.
FAULTY ITEMS
The Red Panda Company will meet our obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Protection/ACCC for any faulty items. For more information please visit, accc.gov.au/consumers.
The Red Panda Company will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund where:
- The product is not of acceptable quality in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
- The product does not match the sample or our description;
- You produce your original invoice.
- We will refund to your original method of payment.
Shipping Times
We use Couriers for all destinations in Australia other than PO Boxes which we send via Australia Post. Once your consignment has been shipped we will send you tracking details so you can follow the progress of your delivery. Deliveries to PO Boxes are generally slower. Your order will normally be dispatched on the same day if:
- payment for your order has been received
- all products are in stock
- order received before 10am Sydney time
Shipping time estimates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping – as a general guide deliveries to all major cities will take 2 – 3 business days. Deliveries to Perth, Tasmania and Darwin will take 3 – 5 business days. More remote areas will take slightly longer.
- Express Shipping – normally 1 – 2 business days to major cities. Otherwise 2 – 4 days for more remote areas.
During checkout we will ask you for your Event Date and will always do our utmost to ensure you consignment arrives in time.
Out of Stock Items
Whilst 95% of the products we advertise are held in stock, products that are currently out of stock are clearly marked as such. If you have placed an order for a product that is out of stock, we will contact you to notify you of the out-of-stock item. We will give you an estimated delivery date as well as the option of waiting for your items or receiving a full refund. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Not at Home to receive your Consignment?
Deliveries are always tracked and will generally require a signature on delivery to protect the goods you have ordered. The best addresses are where someone is home between 7am and 6pm weekdays, or a business address which is open during normal business hours, or a PO Box address. If you are not going to be at home for the delivery, you may elect an ATL (Authority to Leave) during checkout for – this gives the courier authority to leave your consignment without your signature and you take responsibility for the consignment once it has been left.
